Like I said yesterday, I have accepted the fact that losing weight and marathon training do not go hand in hand.
Today’s weight: 183.2 pounds
I am up 4 pounds from a few weeks ago, but I am quite literally almost the exact same as when I first started training for the Denver Rock ‘n’ Roll…
Firstly, CONGRATS on your move to Denver. I live in Maryland and have been dreaming of moving to the Denver area for years! One of these days it will happen I guess.
Anyway, about your lack of weight loss dilemma, I don’t know your whole background but I might be able to offer some insight. It could be a simple fix but a little too involved to explain via typing it out on tumblr. Bottom line, if you’re a distance runner, particularly a marathoner(and you’re smashing down over 120 miles per month!), obtaining your ideal body weight shouldn’t be an issue. I’m really curious to find out what may be the problem here.
My name is Clay. Shoot me an email and I’m sure we can solve your issue. There’s no way someone who runs as much as you do shouldn’t be able to reach their ideal body weight.
Email me so we can set up a call.
